Terms of Service
Winter Arc (the “Service”) is run by Steffin Xavier L S, a sole trader based in London, United Kingdom, trading as “Winter Arc” (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
1. Who sells to you
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns and refunds. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
2. The Service
Winter Arc is a web app for tracking habits, goals, tasks, focus time and wellbeing over a three-month period. It is a self-improvement tool. It does not give medical, nutritional or psychological advice. Read our health disclaimer before starting any new exercise, diet or cold-exposure routine.
3. Accounts
You must be 18 or over. Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. One account is for one person.
4. Plans and prices
- 3-month pass: £10.99, paid once, giving three months of access from the date of payment. It does not renew.
- Monthly plan: £4.99 a month for three months (£14.97 in total). You authorise Paddle to charge your payment method each month. The plan ends by itself after the third payment.
Prices are set in pounds sterling and include any VAT or sales tax that applies to you. If you are outside the UK, Paddle may show and charge the price in your local currency, converted at its rate on the day. If a monthly payment fails, access may pause until it succeeds.
5. Cancelling and your right to cancel
You can cancel future monthly payments at any time from Me → Account in the app. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days. We go further: both plans have a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. See the refund and cancellation policy.
6. Your data
Your tracker data belongs to you. We store and process it only to provide the Service, as described in our privacy policy. You can export or delete it at any time.
7. Fair use
Do not misuse the Service: no attempts to access other people's data, disrupt the Service, get around payment, or resell access.
8. Changes and availability
We aim to keep the Service available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. We may improve features over time and will tell you about material changes to these terms.
9. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.
10. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU you can also bring claims in your local courts. Please contact us first; most problems are solved quickly.
